I forgot to add to my e-mail to the support group since it does not appear on my screen that I tried feeding my pets and I can’t feed them. It seems I can’t feed them until I update my membership. This is crazy and very frustrating! I better not lose my pets until this is fixed.

Bring back the old way of renewing the membership. This new way is frustrating. My credit cards are up to date. Why are they still not accepting them. Why do you people mess things up when the old way of membership ordering was better than this new way.
